If the offense clicks today and we look good out there and take care of Arkansas and do the same in our bowl game, Does Crowton redeem himself and save his job or his fate sealed no matter what happens the next 2 games?

Disclaimer: In no way am I guaranteeing the offense will click today since it hasn't all season long but I don't think Crowton can ignore the pain from that hot chair hes sitting in. Maybe he'll feel the pressure and eliminate some of those plays that haven't worked all season long. (option to the short side with JJ)

from what I've heard and read I think his future has already been determined. Win or lose.

I'd say the previous 10 games has sealed his fate. The last 2 shouldn't make much of a difference either way.

If Crownton stays, then Miles is a fool...one game does not make a season- this whole season has been an embarrasment on offense...

Yeah, having an offense ranked in the 100s with the weapons we have is pretty sad. I don't think Les has a choice.

Unless, he pulls a Dinardo and wants to live or die with Crowton (Tepper).

I agree. We could score 50+ both games, and I still think he's gone.

I saw EVERYTHING I was going to see in the 1st game against Wash. I tried to tell people that was ALL there was. BUT they kept saying we were hiding shite for games against UGA and FLA. That DON'T fly if you are a top 10 team. You go for the throat and DON'T let up.

there is absolutely no reason at all that the offense has been this bad. I don't care if people think Jordan Jefferson is just average or below average. He's not the problem. Offensive coordinators have been using below average QB's for a long time in college football and have been successful. And I don't think Jefferson is a below average quarterback either.

If Crowton stays, he'll be the Lou Tepper for Les Miles. I'm afraid our offense will only average around 150 yards a game.

I would not be surprised if Les has not already been told by higher ups that Crowton must go...

If Crowton stays, Miles will be following the DiNardo playbook for getting fired at LSU. DiNardo stood by his coordinator and it hurt the team and cost him his job.

The biggest question is going to be the players' confidence in Crowton if he returns. Same thing with Studs.

This is why I think Crowton DOES stay. What top-level OC is going to come to LSU to co-captain what looks to be a sinking ship?

Let Miles and Crowton try to coach themselves out of the mess they've put themselves in for one season; if not, clean house, if so, good for all of us.

Changing coordinators last year (when Miles was not yet under fire) made sense moreso than it does this year (when Miles is most definitely under fire).
