Things I am tired of Les doing

- Playing seniority over talent
- sitting on a lead and getting conservative
- inability to make adjustments midgame
- use timouts when needed
- wasting time outs
- only having our team prepared for bowl games
- setting a record for career illegal formations
- benching the hot hand
- press conferences
- waiting till the offseason to fix problems
- losing to bama and florida
- patting players on the butt after penalties
- Not instilling a killer instinct in our players
- having the want to win but not the ability
- RUNNING THE OPTION
The point I am trying to make is that Les Miles is not the guy LSU needs. These things I am listed are not problems that started since the Ole Miss game but rather go back to his very first game at home against Tenn 2005.
Les is a good guy that can recruit with the best but thats it. We need a coach who can recruit, lead, coach, prepare and develop players.
I dont care if Les beats Arkansas 100-0, its time for him to go.

I think it is time to move on. I was really upset over the game....over the season....over the past two seasons.
However, it is time to move on. Les Miles is our coach and will be our coach next year. If we know he will be our coach next year, let's focus on what could improve our team.
I'm quite sure we will see some changes at the end of the season. I hope for all of us, for our team, for us the fans and for the entire university......that the changes will result in positive results. If they don't, the leadership at LSU will have another decision to make.
I was sooooo very upset. Prior to the game/earlier in the week, I had posted that I was not real happy because....If you feel like your team is well coached, you think there is the opportunity to win every game. If you feel like your team is not well coached, you feel like there is the opportunity to lose every game. I feel like there are times our team is not well coached.
However, with all of that said, Les Miles is our coach and will be our coach next year. I support our team and I hope we win our next two games. There is nothing any of us can do to alter the fact he will be our coach next year. I honestly feel sorry for him....at least a little.
Let's be excited about the possible upcoming changes that will hopefully have a positive impact on our team.

Agree. I have felt all year long the lack of emotion that the Coach shows. I am not suggesting he throw headsets but the same emotion, win, lose, or draw is contagious to the players.

Can you name some coaches you would prefer? To me the expectations at LSU are a mile high but Coach Miles seems to only 5,279 feet of ability.
It had been a long time since LSU had won a NC before Saban. Now he looks poised to it with another school. There aren't very many coaches of his caliber available, so who do you think can get LSU back to what you/LSU fans find acceptable? Would said coach leave his current job?
He's possibly the best coach in the game now and it was him who helped LSU earn, in reality, 2 NCs. Who can match him and come to BR?

Been lurking around for awhile and just thought I would join. Great site.
I find this original post interesting because 90% of the things in there are what Tennessee fans hated about Fulmer.
The SEC has changed significantly in the past 5 years. Mark Richt is the longest tenured coach (when I thought about that, it was shocking). If you can't change, adapt, and improve, you will be left behind a lot faster now.
Ive always liked LSU but I don't think it is time to panic.

If we win 100-0, wouldn't Les have done all the above??

As they say..."les is more"......unfortunately more of the same. Your list is a good start!
