I look forward to Jordan Allen breaking him Friday night and ending his high school career.
He has to catch him 1st and there will be no chance of that if he still has a turf toe.

It must be the men with pom poms that did the trick.

I guess he was turned off by all the men wearing purple by choice.

While this image is no doubt disturbing, I don't think it actually has any men holding pom-poms. Although, it's tough to tell.

If he is looking to play and be utilized with his talent. LSU is a bad fit for Reed. He will be wasted there

IMO it would be too hard for him to turn back on his commitment because he did it on his moms birthday. It was an emotional moment for him and his entire family enjoyed the trip to Auburn. I think he brought something like 11 family members on one of the trips. Also LSU doesn't need him like we do.
Agree- Reed will not change his commitment...he is all Auburn.

HUGE difference between WM and St. Paul's. Also a huge difference between a Rivals 100 player and 3 star Houston Bates. Reed's career ends Friday.

JJ i beg to differ. You will see how stupid he can make people look. Jordan allen will be his next victim.... Allen will get his share but Reed will get the best of him and watch how stupid allen will look....

i cant blame the kid for taking advantage of his opportunity - needs to make the best of his situation; obviously he feels he has the best chance to shine in an Auburn uni. I wish him luck (and plenty of drops when LSU plays them)

Fans support after a terrible lose is more important in my opinion than after a win, at least in a recruit and his parents mind.
crock of shite. Do you guys really think that fans have anything to do with it? Dont flatter yourself. The entire country (not just LSU fans) is bashing Miles for his blunder. Miles' ineptitude will affect recruiting way more than any "fan" interaction.

I don't think that is neccesarily true. I have been to my share of both AU and LSU games in BR (and not just when they play AU). Both schools have great support from their fan base that are second to none and I dont think you can say one is better than the other. Every school is going to have its share of naysayers in the bad times (especially when you get spoiled like lsu fans have winning two bcs titles in the last decade)and I think most recruits understand that.

I think Reed had a really good relationship with Taylor like you said and really enjoyed his visits to AU and got along with the players/coaches. He also felt he could play earlier at AU than LSU which I believe is true.

This info is per Coach Lorio.

No I don't think Trovon will change his committment. I believe its 3 things holding him, to AU. 1 Tropper T.,2 Early playing time, and 3 getting away from the distractions from HOME! Trovon is a very smart kid he knows what he need to do 2 suceed.

BUT, I did hear that Coach Miles call and talked 2 him this week!!! I guess he had some explaining 2 do!!!

I heard that his mother wanted him to go to AU. This is from a reliable source that is close to his family.

Living in Atlanta I know a lot of Auburn fans and they do support their school and rarely even if the coach has done a horrible job do you hear them calling him names.

They just fly around wooing other coaches mid-season as clandestinely as possible. At least LSU fans are very open about their dissatisfaction.
