This scares me. Watching the Tulane replay, I noticed that T-bob and Hitt were getting pushed back really quickly. This is my only concern going into Sat.

You better worry about JJ surviving all the blitzes he will see Sat.

T-Bob either gets blown back by a d-lineman or runs out to cut block a LB and misses by 3 yards

...T-Bobb needs to put some "extra padding" in his butt zone for Sat. game, cuz that where he will be landing all day long...

If we spread the field on Alabama it will all but take Cody out of the game. I have to believe that Les isn't going to try to run right at Cody all day. 4-5 Wides or Shep running around the end will eliminate Cody all together. Look for "The Hat" to return the weekend.

T Bob will be fine. If we lose it WILL NOT be because of T Bob. Cody is a big immobile dude.

Have you been watching the line play at any LSU games before this last weekend? It's been the case all season long.

Cody is just a scary dude any way you slice it. Fact is though that Hebert is second on the team in pancake blocks(37 I think) to CBlack. As sophomore centers go he's probably slightly above average in Div.I, not a Remington candidate by any means. He does not need to knock Cody down, just get in his way consistantly. The man only has 17 tackles on the season. Remember that Dorsey saw double-teams on every play and still had three times the tackles of big Cody prior to being injured against Auburn. Smart play-calling and consistantly good execution will move the chains on 'Bama. Outside of the QB position, they have not faced the kind of talent that LSU puts on the field on offense.

Might as well put that huge FB in there at center for this game. Which reminds me...we have a FB that is bigger than our starting center...

Cody is only 1 of 11 on a very good D. They are ranked in the top 5 in the Nation. He will not be the reason we win or lose, he is just a space taker, nothing more. Forget about the double and use the FB to help pick him up if he gets through. The rest of that D is pretty darn good with or without Cody
