Best block thrown ever?

I noticed a couple of threads relative to great blocks being thrown. With all the amazing plays in LSU lore, there had to have been some nice ones thrown.
Hester at 33 sec.
Great blitz pickup to let Flynn make that throw.
What say you?

I know Keiland lost a lot of yards b/c he kept running backwards but do y'all remember when Perrilloux knocked down that Tenn. lineman and stood over him in SEC Championship? That was a huge hit

We'll JoJo welcomed that freshman DB from MooState to college football pretty quickly in '07... ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

That one is nice, but Charles Scott threw a block in the BCS title game v. Ohio State in the first quarter that literally put a D-lineman on his arse - as in, knocked him backward on his arse.
If you have access to a copy of the game, it's the play where Flynn threw a deep out to Early D. on the left side. Early had to go up and get it and kind of tip-toe to stay inbounds. Scott just brutalized that poor guy on the D-line.

I wasn't implying that the Hester block was the best ever. Just posting an example. Maybe i should have titled the thread "Favorite block by an LSU player".
How was that not a good block?

I remember a block thrown by Nicky Savoie down the sidelines. Beautiful. What year was that?

And how many times do you see a back whiff or just catch a piece? If Hester doesn't meet that LB at his shoulder pads, the pass could have been delayed or knocked down.
