Called out on strikes on a hanging breaking ball belt high right down the middle of the plate...

A pitcher is in good shape when he can throw a fastball in the 90s for strikes with command of a sharp breaking ball to get righties out and a great changeup to get the lefties fishing. Jungmann is going to be a tough one for us beat.

so, who is LSU3520, and why should I be impressed with his alleged vast knowledge of the game?

Big problem is Jungman throwing beans and Ross throwing watermelons

That same pitch from Ross went out the park. Obviously Nola must be guessing and guessing wrong. He could have jacked that one.

huh no, that was way more off the plate that the one called strike...and don't even try to come back and say it was...it was

that's not what I said...it was thrown off the same plane

that's why throwing breaking balls for strikes is so key, then you can throw them in the dirt and out of the zone and the hitter can't pick it up

that's why curveballs in the dirt get so many strikeouts
