Anyone ever tried "scrapple". Similar to HHC, but its fried. They mention it on "The Wire" from time to time.

ive eaten plenty of scrapple in my days up north. good with some eggs for breakfast.

It's like hogshead cheese but it's held together with cornmeal and/or flour and then fried. I've only had it once but it tasted alright. It's not as good as hogshead cheese and it wasn't seasoned properly.
