in New Roads. I had a chance to sample some Smoked Deer Sausage from this place recently and I would have to rate it near the best I have ever eaten (and I sample a lot).

I will agree with that statement. Couple years back got some jalapeno deer sausage, fresh, and breakfast patties made.

They have bacon wrapped stuffed boneless chicken thighs that are great!!
