I was reading the comments on the bottom.. is it really true that we haven't defeated a ranked team all year?

it's sad to say, but we haven't defeated anyone of real significance yet this year. we are winning; which is great. but, no. saving it for march

Well, we are the only ranked team in the SEC, lol.
We've only played 1 ranked team all year, Xavier, a tough loss at home.
Utah is almost ranked and we didnt fare toow ell against them either, lol.
We've still had a hell of a year regardless. We may not have played a ranked team in SEC play, but we're beating the teams we're supposed to beat.

Kentucky, Florida, and Tennessee were all ranked at some point fwiw. Tenn had just dropped out of the top 25 when we beat them

These three wins are what I believe is propelling LSU to the higher rankings despite all the talk of the SEC being down. The losses to Utah and Xavier were early in the year and I think folks as are seeing the Tigers as an improving team and one that learned from these losses. I believe that to be true as well.

OU loses twice in just over a week and doesn't drop. I know the losses probably were b/c their main guy got hurt, but isn't that part of the game?
