Well Trump appointed Christopher Wray. Maybe that was a bad decision? It starts at the top and seems like that was another in a long line of terrible appointments by Trump.

I hate this country. I know how that sounds, but this is beyond what anybody thought was possible. There's always been a level of bullshite in law enforcement, but this level of bastardization right out in the open against one person who has been investigated more than anybody in the history of Earth, and the best they can do is Stormy Daniels and Fani Willis? For some crimes that nobody can explain? Jesus if they investigated me the way they have Trump they would put me in the SHU program for a minor in possession I got at St. Simons in 2003.

It gets even better when you consider that the entities who were handling the docs to turn over to MAL, only to "raid" the place in an effort to get the docs back and stage this photo op... never had proper clearance to handle the docs in the first place.
