Are wet T shirt contests in a bar legal in Baton Rouge?

Would it be sexual discrimination to allow women only in the contest?

If any lawyers can answer this question, be helpful - thanks.

When I moved to Dallas in 1983 there were hundreds of 'singles only' apartments in one area that was the place for 20 year olds to live. Every guy and girl I went to school with that moved out there lived in this area. near what was called The Village. They had 'Splash Days' annually on a Saturday in the summer. They were just big parties with bands or a DJ. They all had wet tee contests, offering $200 or $300, that turned into topless contests. Topless dancers showed up for them. Dallas city cops would be there to help maintain control over the crowds. Pulling off their tees was OK, but the cops would arrest the girls that took their bottoms off.
