It was a rice & gravy meal.


The meat browned.





Onions




Rice & gravy, fire roasted green beans, pickled beets a couple of pickled quail eggs and a fresh out of the oven biscuit.

Food looks looks good but not a fan of Cajun music… a little zydeco but that’s it

Throwing in the onions/peppers and watching them turn brown is one of the little things in life that brings me happiness.
