I think White, Braswell, and Jones are set. Not sure about anyone else.

Expecting Kling to be given another shot soon.

I expect Kling to start against Tech and hopefully have some productive at bats. Millazo needs to be behind the plate for at least two games this weekend.

I think Jay has shown all of his combinations. Now it's time to stick with something, and a variation or 2 of it.

Not really his MO to stick with something for the sake of sticking with something.

Jay's lineups are like a box of chocolates...

I used to think there was a method to the madness, but now I'm starting to think he just gets off on being unpredictable.

Bingham needs to be in a corner and stay there, and they need Frey back. Need another power bat with him in there

Really need Milam to get back on track because his switch hitting would do a lot for lineup balance in top of the order.

vs LHP
R Bingham LF
S Milam 2B
R White 3B
R Travinski DH
R Jones 1B
L Pearson RF
R Braswell SS
R Kling CF
R Milazzo C

vs RHP
R Bingham LF
S Milam 2B
R White 3B
L Neal C
R Travinski DH
L Pearson RF
R Jones 1B
R Braswell SS
R Kling CF

Jay will tinker all season with the lineup. Hell Beloso was leadoff batter for the first time in his career in the winner take all championship game

I’m hoping Frey is healthy, I’d like to see him get a weekend in RF.

We had fluidity in the lineup during the meat of the schedule. I don't disagree that he still played with some spots, all the way until the end, but we had fluidity. This year has been all over the board, at times, because we are so deep. And, it's great to be deep, but it's also great to have some consistency.

Not really. The OF was rotating between Kling (in the early part of SEC play) Jobert and Pearson and Morgan when Jones was playing 1B. There was a couple of games where Travinski and Beloso were playing 1B as well. Travinski and Milazzo rotating at C once Neal got hurt.

Larson continues to have good AB's. I'd like to see him get a few more chances.

I think we see some much rotation as nothing has really worked so far and we will probably continue to see it until something does work.

Your guys that will be in the lineup no matter what:

White
Braswell
Milam
Travinski
Bingham

Guys that need to produce to stay in lineup
Jones
Neal
Kling

I'm with y'all that say Frey needs to be in the lineup too.

Milazzo needs to catch Fridays and Sundays. At this point, we need guys that can get on base. Potential be damned.

Assuming we don't have Frey Friday...

LF Bingham
CF Kling
RF Brown/Pearson/Larson
C Milazzo
1B Jones
2B Milam
SS Braswell
3B White
DH Travinski

I can't decide on Brown, Pearson, or Larson for RF. At this point let Kling bat 9. Milazzo 8. They're your weakest bats in this mix.

What has Brown shown to warrant ABs over Pearson?

Braswell is no certainty to be in the lineup until we figure out bats that work

Pearson controls the zone well. He will surely be starting. He puts the ball where it needs to go.

Who should play SS over him?
