Daniel Gafford has now hit 28 straight FG's, just 7 away from Wilt's all-time record.

Sadly Luka's 30 point triple double streak ended tonight with only a 27 point triple double in Chicago.

Luka and Jokic are dominating the NBA.

Mavs are 8th in the West.

and the mavs are 4-3 during the "triple double streak" and have one win over a *play in* or better team. Luka is putting up 40-12-10 and they're getting beat by 30.

If the Mavs miss the playoffs again, we're going to have to have some difficult conversations about Luka.

If the Mavs miss the playoffs, they are going to have an easy convo about Jason Kidd

Jokic is on his way to a 3rd MVP. If the Nuggets win the championship again this year, which is very possible.

I think it's about time to discuss Jokic in the top 10 discussions. He's that good.

A lot of what I’ve heard is lack of d or true blue collar roll players. Kyrie and Luca aren’t known for that.

Mavs can outscore anybody.

They can also be outscored by anybody.

They won't get past the 1st round of the playoffs...if they even survive the play in.

And Jason Kidd, mercifully, will be fired.

Are you really predicting that a team that will be the 7th or 8th seed won’t make it past the first round of the playoffs? Wild

Doncic has never had the impact on winning the his stat line would imply. There has been a lot of discussion about his pedestrian net rating. With him on the court, his team has never played as well as you would expect and has much less impact than other elite players when it comes to “when this guy is on the court we destroy the opponent”.

Still unimpressed by Slovenian James Harden.

I think the Mavs made several good moves in the offseason and trade deadline but haven't put it all together yet. It's a much better roster than last year's.

But yes they still trash.

My problem has always been that Doncic will get his. He should, he has the ball in his hand for 4 quarters. He is far too ball-dominant to get all his crazy stats. In the Playoff, he will not win his way out of the west for that reason alone.

In the playoffs he made it to the WCF w/Dinwiddie as his second scorer. The Mavs need Kyrie, Lively, and Gafford to all be healthy once the playoffs hit. IF that happens they are going to be an extremely dangerous team. Also, their biggest weakness isn't Luka being ball dominant, it's Jason Kidd and his awful game management.

Luka's going to enter that AI/Harden category at some point.

Absolutely incredible player who's game just doesn't lead to winning anything.
