We should all keep this in mind next time someone is talking about how bad a team is or saying a player should force a trade or force a different trade spot, etc
This time last year people were saying that kind of stuff about the Texans, said that stuff about the Bengals during burrows year. Turnarounds can happen so quickly in the NFL and team windows are so narrow if you don’t have an all timer at QB. Solving that side of the equation exponentiates that turnaround greatly unless you’re so inept every where else (ie the chargers)

2x SB Champ and now former Chiefs LB, Willie Gay Jr., signed a 1-year deal worth up to 5 million with the Saints. Loved him since we drafted him. He started a lot of games for the Chiefs. Problem is, Drue Tranquill came in on a 1-year deal and did a little bit better for us this season, so we gave him the bag instead. Gay is young and fast. Good Luck in NOLA, Willie
