Want to know if it's a shite hole?
Search for comments made by people who have recently visited.
I've seen several from people I trust, and it doesn't sound like a shite hole.
That's pretty fricked up when a country run by a "horrible dictator" is safer and and more secure than the US. Formerly the greatest country in the world.
You and I, every tax payer has allowed this to happen.

You must be young. The country is more secure because he sends offending people to Siberia or worse sends them six feet under. There is not much civil disobedience in China and they most likely have clean streets. I've not been there.

Thanks for the article and research. It is natural to assume Russians who were accustomed to a normal life before the Ukraine war want the hell out. And as bad as illegal immigration is, I can see a place for asylum for these people. They truly need asylum.
Would be interesting to know the ways they are getting out of Russia now or if this from the initial push of Russians who left at the break out of the war?

I read earlier that our government is working to reject many of these asylum claims. Apparently there are about 19,000 cases pending for Russians. And some found their way to the southern border. They like to go to New York.

If Russia is so much better than the US, then why aren’t the pro-Putin crowd trying to move to the motherland? According to them, the US is done, and Russia is one of the few traditional countries left, so why not move there?

How do we know Putin is the dictator we’re told he is? The same people that told us the shot stopped the spread of Covid and all the other lies, are the same people telling us he’s a dictator. Wake up my friend. He may or may not be, but the only info we have on him comes from our lying media, which means we know nothing about him.
