I want to do Greyskull aesthetic template and I work out 5 days a week.

I saw it’s on a three day a week program.

Can 777 or someone link me to a five day version? Not sure where to start. I’ve been doing bro splits or PPLPP for years.

there is no 5 day version

simply put you will do the basic 3 day template, then on the other days you will do

5 ladders of pushups- start at 7
5 ladders of chinups- start at 4 or 5

then do 10-12 min of conditioning from the conditioning books. or work on one of the challenges from the challenges book.
