I would think some krill oil soft gels would be the route you would want to go

Just make sure it has it has at least 1000mg of EPA
1:1 ratio EPA to DHA best.
2-5g a day.
Amazon has fine options.
Concentrate more on ingredients and less on price.

I take two Viva Naturals fish oil pills a day to maximize epa and two Nordic Naturals proDHa 1000 per day. Shooting for 2g per day each of epa and dha. Seems high but I’m apoe3/4 and am doing everything I can to prevent Alzheimer’s. My omega 3 index is 9.6 up from 7 before adding these. I also shoot for salmon one night a week for dinner, a can of salmon for lunch once a week and when I’m really eating well a can of sardines a week.

Go to Alaska and catch own salmon and then put it in capsules by your own sterile machines. Money is no object

Nordic Naturals is what I take because my health nut/ supplement guru recommended it after he spent several hours researching. It’s worth spending more for quality when it comes to omega/fish oil
