Well, Repatha is used with people with a pretty common genetic condition that causes statins not to work very well. Statins didn’t help me at all.
Statins worked for me, except for those pesky side effects. Repatha has been phenomal.

Also something of importance related to my possible damage to my LAD artery is that I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea in 2019. And I relised that I had this for years before diagnoses. I have what they call complex sleep apnea where not only did I have obstructive apena but my brain also would not tell me to breath right while asleep. I went in four different times for my sleep test and ended up with a ASV machine. So quite possible I may have had heart damage from this condition.

It is thought that the frequent drops in low oxygen levels during sleep damages the blood vessels that supply the heart. Also each time the oxygen level drops, your body tells your heart to beat faster and your blood pressure to go up. Stress on the heart from severe OSA can also cause the heart to get enlarged

In case you have another Calcium test, refer to this and you’ll get a 100.

Calcium score CT

My doctor sent me to have a calcium score test 12 years ago due to family history. My result was over 900. Referred to cardiologist and had heart cath. Had 2 stents put in. Prescribed Rosuvastatin for cholesterol and Fenofibrate for triglycerides. Have an annual nuclear treadmill to check for blockages. Been fine ever since. Don’t fight the doctors if you want to be around for a while.

Had follow up with my cardiologist about my cal score and he told me he wasn't concerned and that being under 400 was good in my case. Said if anything he would recommend a baby aspirin if anything. I then asked what was the next step and he said nothing and that we will just monitor it moving forward.
I then asked about a stress test and he said he didn't feel like I needed one but that he could do one if I wanted. Well I elected to do tge stress test and got that knocked out last week and had my results and follow up this week. Dr. Says everything was normal and I appear to be healthy.
