OK so here's why the penalty rules are so stupid. K-Mag's first penalty was for colliding with Albon. Well, it's clear now that Albon would finish P10 if K-Mag would have been moved out of the way within a few laps of the penalty (either an order to let Albon by, or a drive-through penalty). Now Albon is going to finish P11 after the penalty is applied after the race.

As long as it's someone still in the points. I hate when a guy at the back pits for softs near the end of the race and gets fast lap, but there's no point awarded.
