Just make Sloan the OC and whatever happens with Hankton just happens.
Sounds like he’s looking for a way out anyway and the main reason the whole hiring process is held up.

Moore is in line to be Harbaugh's successor as Michigan's next HC. He was acting HC when they beat the Buckeyes this year and Harbaugh sang his praises as a coordinator and as a coach.
Three reasons he leaves UM: 1) Another P5 school wants him as a HC now, 2) Jim leaves and UM goes a different direction, or 3) NCAA suddenly decides to levy sanctions against UM that makes it difficult to sustain immediate success(because most college fans and admins are idiots and think you should be able to run it back regardless of circumstances).

Yes, I don't understand why people can't see that. Penix had an awful game. Consistently overthrowing or throwing behind the receivers.
Not to mention Michigan had the best tackling team I can recall. Maybe 2011 LSU is comparable.
