This had nothing to do with street racing, and unless you are close to 100 years old, it was a thing when you were growing up and still is. You may not have been involved, but it was happening.

Torn on this one. The Gestapo shite against young people feels like a training exercise for conditioning people to accept government control. On the other hand, many of them are so damn stupid, people are almost certain to get hurt or killed at some point.
