ADNOC just took ownership of some Chinese built Jack-up rigs. Pretty much every single thing on them was messed up. The drawworks on one (heart of the rig) had a massive crack down the middle of it. Nothing the Chinese build should worry anyone.

Can’t ANY aircraft carrier be a helicopter carrier? Just a matter of deck size and how many pads can fit and and take off sequence so you aren’t flying into each others rotor wind.

I'm pretty sure it just launched and is still going through sea trials and what not. I'm sure they'll paint the deck and it will look better by the time it enters service.
