I 100% agree that Putin is using this to his advantage and to the US’s detriment; however, it still doesn’t make it acceptable. The only blame that needs to be placed is at the feet of ALL of the corruption in DC (ie, both parties) whose greed and lawlessness has jeopardized our national security. Because I’m sure many of the issues we are dealing with now are a direct result of them trying to save their own skin.

Good god. One of the last people you should turn to for a critique of US political processes is a guy that has won the majority of his elections through fraud, has utilized military activity against his own population to garner support to fight terrorism, has afforded no due process for justice for his political opponents, is currently in violation of human rights protocols and actively committing war crimes.
It’s like you guys make up as much bullshite as you can to justify your feelings towards your domestic, political opponents, then hold up the prime example of your fictitious foe as an ally in your crusade.
