The chairman of the fed that was appointed by Trump has a political axe to grind to keep Biden in power? That's the take that you've come here to share with us?

Fed to start cutting rates midyear in 2024 with high chance of soft landing...
They can't follow through with anything. They'll cut rates and we'll be right back where we started. The only way out of this mess is through it, and through it is going to involve some pain.

So what you are saying is that not a single Trump appointee was, "under the table" ,working to make him look bad?

We’ve all seen what happens to anyone who “threatens democracy “. Surely the fed chair wouldn’t want to stand in the way of elected leaders doing democracy, would they?

Trump appointed those who Mitch (GOPe) selected for him to appoint. Is it really that hard for you uni-party guys to understand?

Fed needs to cut, getting a .75% isnt really taking the foot totally off the gas
And if they dont east QT then doesnt really matter

Pretty much every establishment political appointee he made under his big tent approach ended up stabbing him in the fricking back. You choose see that as a flaw of Trump. We see that for what it is; a flaw in the establishment.

The dude is an absolute machine, he needs no help
His speech last Saturday night in NYC was a case in point

Educate yourself fedboy, on how the government works.
It takes three branches to control the US. Your side (uni-party) didn't like the people controlling the executive branch so you threw a wrench in it every step of the way.
The good news it 75+ million people saw the GOPe uni-party in action, your days are over.

Libs and Ronbois love this line, but where were the thousands of angels in this swamp to run the government? if the Trump administration taught us anything, its just how irredeemably lost DC really is.

It is much easier to fool someone than to convince them that they've been fooled.

This is fricking dumb. Powell rose to Fed chair thanks to Trump, and gave Trump all the rate cuts he asked for at a time when cutting rates was completely deleterious to long term economic stability (remember negative effective rates?). You’re only mad because there might not be the negative economic news that benefits your political representative in 2024.
The Fed feels like they’ve been able to regain control of inflation without recession. It’s a pretty sharp edge that had to be walked to get to this point, which currently looks like a good point.

So true, just like the repeated propaganda that 99% of the fbi are good guys.
