They are both great players. I held my breath every time Daniels took off. I thought for sure he was going to get hurt, but he was tough. I’ll take Burrow because of the 2019 season alone. Burrow’s scramble drill with those WRs was a thing of beauty.

Guy didn’t even play in 2 games in the second half.. you’re almost as bad as pirate king half of the time. Don’t have to try and shite on JD to prove your point with burrow.

I’d be happy with either. They were both great. Joe had a better defense.

Not sure why we have to make up these phony controversies and pit one against the other.

I enjoyed them both.
This. End of thread.

Burrow
7 TD passes ... Against the #4 team in the nation ... IN THE FIRST HALF.
Then gets a rushing TD on opening drive of the second half.
That was just crazy.
We watched JB go against the best teams in College FB and dominate them. I think he was the true Greatest College QB of all time.

JD5 has been beyond great. Clearly the best QB in the nation, and it isn't even close.
All time best QBR, leads the nation in both yds per attempt and yds per carry. phenomenal open field running.

I would consider JD5 one of the best ever... but not THE best ever.

I think you are really underrated our offensive talent.

Not with passes being on point. Plus, Burrow's schedule was more difficult.

Without JD5 we lose at least 5 -6 games this year, not even Joe could overcome that.

Imagine if we had a decent defense all year.

Burrow is the rare breed that inspires and demands everyone around him to be better. Fiery and vocal when needed. I wouldn’t be surprised if I heard JD never once chewed a teammates arse. He’s just a very very laid back cat. JD deserves the Heisman and to be considered one of the greatest QBs to play the college game but Joes leadership ability is what separates them to me. On the field both phenomenal albeit different skill sets.

that’s not true

Daniels is good, but he depends on his legs too much.

thisnis just dumb.

Joe’s accuracy all over the field sets him ahead for me, but Daniels is right there as a holistic player.

Daniels has 5-6 throws a game where you think “I bet he wishes he had that one back”

I never thought that with Joe.

there were really 3 parts to Joe’s season

Part 1: OMG we have a QB
Part 2: Welcome
to the SEC
Part 3: Football Jesus

Burrow.

You could feel in the stands the confidence coming off the field from him and the teammates of “we got this” even the few times the opponent threatened

You don’t get that from JD5. He might produce spectacular results to get it done. He might not.

Either all day long… Our Tigers would be in the CFP and likely the odds on favorite with our 2019 defensive. Geaux Tigers

Daniels was amazing this year, but it's still definitely Burrow.

This is absurd. JD is #2 at LSU and that means he can hold #1's jock, pants, jersey and sub in without a significant drop off.

OP is football ignorant thinking JD5 is better

JD isn’t nearly on Burrow’s level. Stop it.
