I find the dismissive and joke posts perplexing. Maybe I could understand if this happened in some far flung location, but this happened in a college town in Louisiana.

It’s because it is a joke. Another black male killing white people.
You can’t point that out though. Maybe over the last 40 years it’s just normal now to most of us.
