Was this when he left all the drugs and gun in his rental car?
No, that was another time.
I think this was when he tossed the gun in the dumpster so he wouldn’t get caught with it.
I get it though. With a lifetime miscreant like this idiot, it can be hard to keep track of.

You don’t have to be in a clownish con-man’s cult to be a true American.

I don't know about you guys, but Hunter has definitely lost my vote.
Huh.
I figured he’d be exactly the type a degenerate like you WOULD vote for.

Won’t his lawyers insist the deferment program is still valid?

And they're choosing only this crime alone in order to get away from the far more serious corrupt other charges.
Our government is compromised beyond belief.

His diversion deal will be upheld and this will be dismissed. Garland will make sure nothing happens.

That's already happened. They're picking the smallest crime to go on to simply to avoid taking heat for the more serious crimes he's committed and the pay to play schemes.

Convicted felons have rights too. Gun rights are human rights

That Hunter Biden seems like a real dirtbag.
In case anyone was thinking about it..
DO NOT vote for Hunter Biden.

Hunter will walk because of 2 reasons:
1) - New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen says restrictions must be "consistent with the nation's historical tradition of firearm regulation."
2) - Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans said "Our history and tradition may support some limits on an intoxicated person’s right to carry a weapon, but it does not justify disarming a sober citizen based exclusively on his past drug usage" in relation to the case of Patrick D. Daniels of Gulfport.
