the charge isn't "Possessing" the firearms, it's lying on a federal application.
Those are 2 different things. If the law is unconstitutional, take that up with the Supreme Court....that's not this case. This case is "did he lie" on a federal affidavit?

that's the thing. how can you prosecute lying on a federal form when the question that was intentionally answered incorrectly is deemed unconstitutional?

Tough week for Sleepy Joe. The WaPo officially signals the DC political establishment (his base) will not support him for reelection, and then his son is indicted on felony gun charges which carry harsh sentences his own party advocated.

This is part of the plea-deal. They didn’t want then the judge tossed and they said they DID want so that he wouldn’t get nailed for stuff like this.
Saying that there should be more charges coming his way. I'll wait, but I won't hold my breath.

NOTHING will come of it. They will slow roll it until after the election and the big guy will pardon him after the election, win or lose. This is all a scam.
