I thought about it, but then they offered me season tickets. I'll be drinkin smuggled whiskey and souvenir cup coke.

Yet here you are posting on a message board for one of the teams in that rigged league. Nothing better to do with your time?

Over political/ideological reasons? Never, I'm just not built like that. I find that the people most interesting in talking about problems are usually the least qualified in discussing them.
Regarding the NFL's debauchery of the sport? Yes I have, but I simply don't monetize them in any way. You have to be realistic though, one person or household withdrawing support does not count much in the economies of scale. With things like season tickets, there's always someone willing to pick up your seats and happily fill the void. So that's not even remotely effective.
I will say that I used to spend around $15-20k annually within the city as a tourist that I now use elsewhere. That's the unfortunate side-effect of ending a tradition of going to these games.

I went from a lifelong diehard fan to leaving at halftime last year to run errands.
I'm proud of slowly breaking the addiction, but I do miss loving my Saints.
Drew's papaw would be proud of me and say frick his pussy arse grandson.
Btw, not one $ spent on anything owned by brees.

Never said I would boycott.
Just watching only the Saints games.
Quit watching other games , unless it's playoffs.

if anyone, at any point, actually believed these lying fricks, well, that's on you
their faux outrage could be felt 1000 miles away... it was all posturing bullshite... they wanted to talk about how people taking a knee, however misunderstood it was by these people, hurt their little feelings, but in actuality, they could have really given a frick...
ETA: i see some people are still keeping up the charade
lawd, just fricking stop... we all know you are full of shite

Same here. Can't stop watching my Saints, but I just don't give a crap about the other 31 teams.
I'm only part hypocrite!

Those that are bitching that they don't watch because it's rigged always make me laugh. If it were truly rigged, the league would never have let the NE dynasty go on for so long. Teams like Dallas would have done something since the mid-90s. With their equality movement, you still wouldn't have 1/3rd of the league without a SB win.
But let's go with the narrative that the games are rigged. Is the fact that your favorite TV shows & movies are scripted keep you from watching them? If not, why does any other form of entertainment (specifically sports) being scripted affect your watching habits?

Actually, me.
This was it. BLM and all that other BS was just the icing on the cake.

Me. I gave up my season tickets after having them 23 seasons and haven't watched a game since.
