We've got experienced guys ahead of them for starters. Most of the time, it's not the greatest thing to start a bunch of 18 year old freshmen against college football teams.
If the guys ahead of them don't work out, then they'll get playing time. But to think they're just going to be slotted into the starting roles because they were 4* or higher is a bit stupid. Toviano isn't Derek Stingley.

Our Defensive ends scare me outside of Saivion Jones because Wiggins is a project still learning how to play and Womack is not ready

Greg Penn graded out as one of the worst starting linebackers in the SEC last year. He is HORRIBLE at run fits.

I’ve listened to several LSU reporters daily basically Quincey is still learning because he started playing football late and Womack is struggling to get off blocks

Of course we’ve had freshman start, but there’s no reason to freak out if they don’t make an impact their freshman season when it hasn’t even started yet.

The p&g hype this off-season has been a little too much. We could be very good but have to show it in the games. Fans forget that the other good teams tried to improve their rosters as well. Our schedule is easier this year, and we should be relevant at the end of the season.
