I think Jefferson and Lee will alternate, but it will eventually lead to dissension among Tiger Fans.

No, he’s 3rd strong SDE behind Savion and Wiggins. Supposedly Wiggins and Womack are still raw and there’s a pretty big drop off after Savion, who apparently has looked fantastic. I know the 2 transfers from Texas and Oregon are the top 2 at the Jack, and Perkins will probably come off the edge a good bit.
But if Womack isn’t strong enough yet to play SDE, I wonder if they put him at Jack in different looks on passing downs occasionally. But I’d imagine those experiments wouldn’t start until after the FSU game. We may not see Womack Sunday at all unless it’s on special teams—they’ll probably go with the upperclassmen who have actually played P5 football before. And Savion may not even come off the field.
Kelly finally talked about Jefferson and Lee this week. He’s briefly mentioned the 2 jacks. But I haven’t really heard any talk of Shand. Wonder were he fits. Great news is that we have a lot of experienced depth and guys with different skill sets. Will be great for both rotational depth, but also to allow for House to use multiple looks. The Speights pickup was so huge. Having him there in the middle will make it easier for House to get really creative with Perkins, Brooks, and the DL personnel.

Penn started all 14 games last year and was our second leading tackler. Linebacker position could be the strength of the defense.

Yea don’t be surprised if he ends up in the portal. I thought him and Toviano would impact this team significantly as freshman. Neither has, at all……….

Wut? Our Secondary is um..not so great…Brooks is a great kid but he’s just not that good to me…Mike Scar even mentioned it last night Toviano has not looked good…We don’t necessarily have DUDES on the edge. Womack for his rating coming out I didn’t think he’d be on our 4th string

Are y’all this dumb or…..So LSU hasn’t had freshman come in and play big roles? Do I REALLY need to name them all? Why would I think a highly touted player cant start in the weakest secondary we’ve ever had? Lol wow….
