You’d hope a win would be expected at home against the worst side in the PL but nothing is easy at the moment.
Cucurella is out for the year after surgery yesterday. Reese isn’t dependable. Nkunku sits. At least Sanchez was shown the bench. The team is still very unstable with Palmer being the one constant. Even Silva, who is a warrior, has shown slippage at his age.
I’m sure Poch wanted to save some guys for the quarterfinals against Magpies this week but he simply can’t afford to rest his best in PL matches.

Showed some real balls tonight in a game where we were flat. On to the semi’s. Good to see Blues pull one out late and in PKs. Great seeing Nkunku get action. We still have the lowest IQ in football.

Should add some chemistry. Fantastic save

Stupid mistakes on the back line continue. Maybe Petrovic will help stabilize things. Hope to see Nkunku play more minutes this weekend.

Serious luck on the Semifinal draw. Chelsea/Middlesbrough and Liverpool/Fulham. Take care of biz and this awful season could end up salvaged by some silverware.

This team has the worst case of aids ever recorded, i hate them so much

GG. I’m glad my wolves pulled this out. Should’ve lost tbh. Sterling is dumb.

Chelsea are total trash at the moment.
Jackson is useless. He had so many missed opportunities. Sterling in a 3-1 a giant their keeper and still botched it.

I've been wanting Broja to get a shot over Jackson because he sucks so bad but remarkably Broja might have been even worse. I would 100% support firing every single member of the front office and coaching staff, selling every single 1st team player right now outside of I guess Cole Palmer. Playing the U21s the rest of the season and building the roster from the ground up. Unfortunately, the people that caused this rot would be the ones in charge of fixing it so we'd end up right back where we started. Thanks Todd

All the money spent was wasted save for Palmer. I’ll give Nkunku the benefit of the doubt since he’s not played much (and I guess Lavia?) but the rest of these spares need to be jettisoned. My god Sterling is the most selfish player on earth to try and score on that breakaway. And Jackson cannot handle a ball. At all. Our back line is sure to concede at least one goal on a set piece per game. It’s all a compete shite show with a bunch of high priced jokes who were very overvalued and every team knew Chelsea would overpay. Frick it all. I’m going to see them in March and hopefully changes will have been made by then.

Came to say this. That 3 one 1 was the dumbest thing I’ve seen in a while. Gallagher seems to be the only one not hesitant to shot the fricking ball in the box. Frustrating to watch this team, all the talent I guess on paper but can’t put shite together.

Why?

Could have easily scored 3 in the first half. Lack of a striker makes this team look even worse than they are.

The comical defending to concede goals in nearly every single game doesn't help either.

Said it before and I’ll say it again, this team has low football IQ.
That said, COYB and Merry Christmas

3 points. We own Palace. About the only team we own.

Of course, Lavia gets a knock in his first action for Chelsea. I swear this team is either the softest ever to grace the pitch or the most unlucky.

It is interesting how Pulisic couldn’t stay fit here but is thriving at Milan with no injuries so far. Maybe it’s a Chelsea thing.
