Mosquitos
Wasps
Hornets
Bed bugs
Fleas
Rats

I say fleas. Mosquitos are annoying but getting rid of a flea infestation is hell. I still have PTSD from that and it was a decade ago.

Out of that list, rats. But I’d prefer to eradicate roaches.

If you’ve ever had a child with lice, you’d say lice.

Fire ants. They don’t make fire ant spray to keep them off, thermocells don’t work for them, they harm wildlife, have no benefit to the natural environment, and the stings hurt like hell.

Obviously mosquitoes. Although the other ones can be more annoying, they also bother you less frequently. Imagine a summer night grilling outside or on the river and not having to worry about mosquitoes?!?!?

That is assuming this isn’t going to impact the entire ecosystem of course

Mosquitoes would be convenient but it would probably wreck the food chain if they disappeared. Same thing with rats.
Hornets and wasps keep other insects in check.
I’m going to go with bed bugs because it seems like eliminating them would be the least probable to cause severe issues in other areas.
