What personal ritual carried you through the game yesterday?

I sat in my decades-old recliner wrapped in an LSU blanket wearing my well-worn game day shirt I've had since college

Haven’t worn an LSU shirt until yesterday while watching baseball.

When I did we lost by 20.

I did NOT wear one last night.

Y’all are welcome.

I was air sealing my house by repairing a big hole in my kitchen cabinet while listening to Chris Blair and company.

The movement kept me from freaking out early.

My son and I had personalized Tiger shirts made for the USC game and we were there for the game 2 comeback! We call them our "comeback shirts". I had been wearing a different shirt since the 2nd Tennessee game and after Sundays's thrashing my son said, "dad, time to get out the comeback shirts". We both wore them today! We did our part!

All I knew is we couldn’t make burgers and hot dogs for dinner bc that’s what we ate during the loss to Wake last week.

Went with jambalaya and it worked out.

Whenever the announcers spoke well of LSU, I would talk FL up even more. It started annoying everyone but it worked.

I had more than a few rally bourbons. But we didn’t need to rally.

Long story short, I drank a lot of bourbon. 9th is a bit fuzzy.

I drank 15 white claws. I’m not proud of this but it worked.

I didn’t wear my 2019 FB championship shirt like I did for games 1 and 2. Obviously the shirts luck had run it’s course by game 2 so I retired it. I’m glad I was able to help LSU bring home the title.

I listened to Game 1 and watched Game 2.

So I avoided the TV last night.

When coming out of the losers bracket in every tight situation I mumbled this to myself in the stands:
(If anyone heard me they probably thought I was crazy talking to myself).

Whatever you vividly imagine, ardently desire, sincerely believe, and enthusiastically act upon... must inevitably come to pass!
