Happens a ton. Just not normally something guys broadcast. Quietly take the loss. Or report to police/insurance and don’t tell people.

This chick just got the sweet spot of taking way too much and not from somebody who was so wealthy that they’d absorb it before reporting it

I can't imagine what would compel someone to buy a half million dollar watch.

He probably bought it new. Price would have been around $100,000. Sounds like a pretty sound investment if he did in fact buy it from Rolex.

I suspect she thought she got a couple 10k watches that wouldn’t stand out when pawning them and this 500k thing was a wildly unexpected and unwanted mistake

She drugged him. For all we know, she asked him the combination and he told her.

It was probably a biometric safe. Knocked him out and used his thumb or hand to open the safe.

If you can’t look at that skank and realize she’s going to rob you, you deserve to be robbed.

this happens all the time in Miami. There are always groups of girls doing this to tourists. I'm convinced the police are in on it, although it's also true that the victims are usually upper middle-class guys and don't want to create a police report because they have wives to worry about.

The only wonder is that this ended up in the news. Either this girl or her handler didn't pay the cops, or what she stole was too big for them to ignore, or she simply made the mistake of robbing a rich local instead of tourists staying downtown.

Kind of looks like Tania Raymonde from Goliath where she plays the hooker.

A 'heads up' for those men who may be regular customers at Lowe's, Home Depot, Costco, or even Wal-Mart. This one caught me totally by surprise. Over the last month I became a victim of a clever scam while out shopping. Simply going out to get supplies has turned out to be quite traumatic. Don't be naive enough to think it couldn't happen to you or your friends.

Here's how the scam works; Two nice looking, college-age girls will come over to your car or truck as you are packing your purchases into your vehicle. They both start wiping your windshield with a rag and Windex, with their breasts almost falling out of their skimpy T-shirts. (It's impossible not to look). When you thank them and offer them a tip, they say 'No' but instead ask for a ride to McDonald's.

You agree and they climb into the vehicle. On the way, they start undressing. Then one of them starts crawling all over you, while the other one steals your wallet.

I had my wallet stolen Aug. 4th, 9th, 10th, twice on the 15th, again on the 17th, 20th, 24th, and the 29th. Also Sept. 1st, 4th, 8th, twice on the 16th &17th, and very likely again this upcoming weekend.

So tell your friends to be careful. What a horrible way to take advantage of us older men. Warn your friends to be vigilant.

I’m sure there’s many out there who would pay 1/5 it’s value knowing it’s stolen

Cause we all the the smartest thing to do at a nightclub is take some random bar chick to your house the night you meet. Especially when you’re loaded.
