What would the reaction be if Trump picked him as VP?

I gave you an upvote because your topic is worth reading. Although my position is that there will be no Dem primary, I like hypotheticals. If RFK, Jr. was elected president as a Dem his problem would be working against the communists entrenched in his party.
Look at how much trouble Trump had with establishment republicans. It's much worse with the left wing bureaucracy. Hell, the left wing is protesting Biden for committing 'ecocide'. He hasn't banned cars yet.

A glorious Chernobyl. I would be unable to contain my glee in watching Karl Rove and Rachel Maddow trying to out outrage the other

Agree - I think the ultimate likely scenario is that Trump wins the primary and RFK loses the Dem primary.

They are my dream ticket precisely bc they could draw disaffected democrats combined with hardcore MAGA, republicans that hate Biden more than they hate trump and democrats who hate their own establishment. It would be a brilliant swing state strategy, and would be a path to 270 for the orange man.

On that, we agree. However, the 2nd Amendment is my Rubicon. Without the 2nd Amendment, as a freedom loving nation, we have nothing.

Is RFKJr’s campaign somehow based around the 2A Issue? My impression of him as an Atty is one as a civil libertarian- and supportive of all the rights in the BOR.

I see his position as more against globalism and it’s perverse effects on human health (whether thru pollution or Big Pharma) and anti MIC. And frick globalists. We need them purged from our government and institution.

Perhaps I’m so Anti-MIC / Anti-WEF that I have tunnel vision, but I can’t see him being as virulently antiglobalism
as he is and simultaneously being virulently anti2A. I agree with you that the 2A is the last guardian of our right to self determination

I don’t know much about him but this isn’t promising. Looks like he’d shite on the 2nd in a heartbeat.

I like RFK JR a lot.
I put one of his bumper stickers on my car.

Unfortunately, like the other Kennedy's, he has had some demons in his past that the Dem party will use against him.

Not yet, but it will be an issue for his campaign(s). From his own Twitter account: LINK

ETA: Flats beat me to it.

I honestly wouldn't hate it. May be good for the country.

Another Glorious development could be . . .

Trump/Kennedy Ticket hires Tucker as it’s communication manager and policy advisor. Tuck still gets his $40M - he isn’t competing and he’s basically on all network/social media, including Fox which would be fricking HILARIOUS. He agrees with both Trump and RFK and could make and forge an alliance. Tucker isn’t even a member of a political party. He HATES the political establishment. And he’s brilliant.

I don’t see Tucker running for office but someone (now I can’t rmb who) said we would be excited about his next “project.” I swear if this happens, I’m sending Team MAGA a resume. It could be historic. And the BEST karma freaking ever. (If you wait long enough karma will strike, and if you’re lucky God will let you watch).

He is praised profusely in Malone's book: 'Lies My Govt Told Me.'
He says RFK realizes that agencies and bureaucracies are corrupt. Along with large corporations their mission is to increase power over the masses.

I think you are wrong about this. From your post history, supporting a Democrat like RFK, Jr. is opposed to almost everything you have espoused in this forum. RFK, Jr. is just another deceiver Democrat like Joe Manchin. I could not and will not ever vote for someone who supported Crooked Hillary and works to weaken/destroy our 2nd amendment. Frankly, I am quite surprised that you would.

most likely with time we will find out there are more things we dislike about RFK Jr than we like
just my two cents

Yep. We may like his stance on a couple of issues, but he’s still a democrat

I don’t like or trust democrats but I trust the political establishment in both political parties far less.

RFK’s willingness to buck the system is enough for me.

I don’t care if we elect a Republican if he’s gonna be George Bush III. The Bushes were as bad as Clinton.

I want the entire media, political, globalist, MIC cabal to go down in flames.

We need persuadable democrats as much as we need independents. 20% of Democrats support RFK over Biden. If half that number flips to Trump bc of his Democrat running mate- I’m fine with that.
