Hen did a bag of chips at the gas station jump to $2.49. Stopped to get gas on the way to the beach this past Friday. Thought I’d get a bag of lays or something. Couldn’t believe the bag said that much.

I can attest to the increase. Used to be $8 a case about 2 years ago and today it's right under $13. That was not a small, inflationary increase. That is a massive increase!

You know Coke has minimal caffeine compare to coffee right? Volume v volume, coffee caffeine content is 5-10x depending on the brew strength. Even Red Bull doesn’t actually compete with coffee in a caffeine concentration basis.

One of my cousins hated coffee and would drink a 2 liter Pepsi every morning getting ready for work.

Potato Chips are freaking absurd. Funyons cost like 90 cents an oz at Walmart.
As for the people getting stiffed on soda, for some reason Cherry Pepsi 2 liter at Walmart is always 1.68 while all their other products are 2.48 a liter like regular Pepsi and Mt. Dew. I prefer Pepsi after Coke went woke, so if you don't mind Cherry Pepsi 2 liters it's the cheapest name brand cola for some reason. I don't drink Pibb or Pepper anymore after using it as a mixer with liquor in the past, so now I find it disgusting, but Dr Thunder Walmart soda is the one knockoff soda that actually taste basically the same as name brand but more carbonated it seems.
