Siberian Husky's are less likely to "Kill" a human than any dog on that list....

is the neapolitan mastiff from sitting on people?

those are some of the laziest damn dogs I've ever seen.
but they're freaking huge, so if he falls asleep on you, you'll probably suffocate and die.

Always hurd how dangerous pits are. Never wanted one but my son moved here with a female pit. First time seeing the dog it tried to lick me to death. All she does with anybody is beg for a belly rub and grunts when she gets it.

I've had many dogs in the past but that one has the best disposition out of any. Maybe just a one off, I don't know.

People whom are attacked by their own pits typically have the same story, "they were the sweetest dog ever but they just snapped."

Tigers aren't inherently bad. Just bad at being a domestic pet.

It’s in their dna and they can be sweet but there is always something that could set them off and instinct takes over. The dogs were developed to bite and hold onto things meaner than them.

They're notorious for nipping at/biting strangers and kids, although they are not known for serious injuries like the protection breeds are. They're also high energy dogs and lazy Americans buy them because of Disney movies.

They're also historically inbred as frick and will attack because of how inherently stupid they are.

Easily one of the worst dog breeds and doesn't get enough of a bad rap.

My guess is that it means they had a VERY small number of incidents. And those were probably from shitty-trained ones.

My in laws used to have boxers. Those dogs were excellent with kids. If those dogs didn’t like you, it was because they knew you were up to no good.

A lot of pitbullls can be very sweet dogs

One of the things I have read, by people with no pro or anti-agenda regarding pits, is that they have a habit of suddenly turning aggressive. It is a known idiosyncrasy of the breed and increases with the age of the dog. They recommend not having them around children for a few reasons.

The genetics they were bred for originally make them suspect.

This is exactly what they were bred for, they are livestock guardians. Herding dogs will herd out of instinct, labs like to fetch and swim, bird dogs like to find and flush birds, rat terriers kill rats, its in their breeding. A dog that was bred to fight and kill, probably the owners fault it mauls a toddler because it couldn't possibly be the breed.

Pitbull's are good dogs if you have a responsible owner, who is educated about the breed of dog.

Feed them in their kennel. Don't put your face by their face. This is why it's important to not let kids around them unless they are older and know better.

Shouldn't have to jump through hoops to own a dog.

Pits are like crotch rocket bikes. The people who should never have them are the ones whom invariably do.

Breed rankings on that chart seem suspect, and the source "Bini et al." references one old study that seems to reference another old study.

Pure-breed data from the CDC seems more believable IMO:

You shouldn't own a dog if you're not willing to jump through hoops.

My insurance carrier doesn't cover my houses if the renters have Rots, Dobermans, or Pitbulls. For this reason.
