Only after doing yard work in July and August. I'll start out with it warm but not hot, and once I've washed all the dirt and grass off, gradually cool it down. The last couple of minutes is pure cold water and I feel great afterwards.
When I work out, typically later in the evening, I need a good 30 minutes to cool down before I even think about getting in the shower. If I jump right in, I get clean and start to cool off, but I'm still running hot and end up sweating a little more even after I get out. So I typically start the laundry to wash the workout clothes, put away some dishes and reload the dishwasher, and then hop in the shower.
