Gail Simmons is an angel.

I had the honor of pouring a drink for her at Austin Food + Wine several years ago.

She is a lovely, gracious woman, and even more beautiful in person. I always liked her, but she has been my woman crush ever since.

As for Season 20, I'm still salty about them bringing Dawn back over Shota. She gets on my nerves, and I hate that she slid through to the finals on her season when she couldn't even put a complete plate together.

I actually liked Sara Bradley on her season, so I'm glad to see her back. Amar is very talented, and of course Buddha is a stud, so interested to see how far they get.

Still getting a feel for the international cheftestants, but it's clear they are a very talented group.
I'm looking forward to seeing how they adapt to the format, since the US version is different.

Chabral impressed me in the elimination challenge, I love onions so I would have gobbled up his dish.

I wish we could see more of shota too, but Dawn was putting together some outstanding dishes the second half of her season... For the ones she could plate

I love how Food Network is going so heavy in to former Top Chef contestants on all of their shows (as contestants, judges and hosts)
