A vehicle is also not included in the bill of rights. Guns are. Don’t like it? Amend the constitution.

You could argue this but you're not going to convince a young adult not to enjoy a once a year event to experience it. I think he's being criticized too much. Was it a stupid decision? Absolutely. This is tame compared to the other shite athletes get away with. He might not even know about the concealment law which in a gun heavy state is another poor decision but not like he was trying to be overly malicious with his choices.

Still need more details. I doubt it's anything bad if they released him so fast.

Like you didn't make poor decisions when you were 20. Shut up.

If he was arrested for concealing the gun that's nothing at all.

The bigger concern are the events or actions that attracted the attention of the police. Something happened to cause the police to search him.

Was he he causing problems? Who else was he with? Were they arrested for more serious charges?

Actually, i believe it is. You don't like it... fight LEGALLY to have the law/laws changed. Carry a gun on you that's concealed or in a backpack and it's all considered CONCEAL CARRYING, unless I'm wrong. And it's doesn't matter if you legally purchased to firearm or not.

Do you know how many people break the law with this very issue going to NO? Strapping a 9mm on your side is begging to cause problems down there. I guarantee you 90% of whatever crowd he was around was doing the same thing.

They just shot a fricking baby down there during a parade. Place is a joke.
