Anyone who thinks WW was even halfway decent, rewatch the MSU vs LSU game in the tournament. The guy can’t coach his way out of a paper bag
The game our cuck former AD/Pres suspended him for?

WW is one of the dumbest coaches to ever grace Earth.
Good boy, Woody will be proud of you.
You two can watch the next game together.
You can cheer and help Mac Coach since you imply you know the game.
I appears to us dummies that he needs help.

Anyone that’s ever dribbled a bball and understands the game knows this. Anyone who hasn’t doesn’t have any feeling for the game Will Wade had no clue what the phrase “help defense “ mean

The minute the NCAA rules on Will Wade, if it doesn’t include a show cause, Wade should be hired back with a public apology from Scott Woodward and MM sent packing. Immediately.
Agreed, 100%. Recruiting for next year is already in crash and burn mode. No Calvary in sight.

We literally put a clause in McMahon’s co texts that he gets more time if we get substantial penealties for more than 2 years…
But people think we should still just tell the NCAA to shove it.
“Look at Kansas”
Kansas literally put a clause in Self contract saying they won’t fire him for sanctions related to ongoing allegations.
And the only allegation directly against self is that he didn’t maintain control of his program:

It was created to have an illusion of cleanliness. Coach isn’t paying players, the bag man is. The whole time everyone knows what’s really going on, yet we’re still here saying the same shite.
Are you saying there shouldn’t be consequences for being caught doing something illegal? Cheating is still cheating. If you get caught doing it there are consequences even if we know everyone is doing it. That’s why it’s important to not do things to have the NCAA snooping around.

quote:My point for everything here. John Wooden cheated, Cal, Pitino, Dale, I could go on and on and on.
Cheating is still cheating.
quote:Again, back to my point. Cheat better.
If you get caught doing it there are consequences
quote:It's so arbitrary to think if I didn't have a bag man, then I didn't conform to the "cheating rules".
consequences even if we know everyone is doing it
quote:Wade was caught on tape because of an investigation specifically about the ridiculousness of handlers in college basketball. He was not the target.
That’s why it’s important to not do things to have the NCAA snooping around.
I could talk about this forever and I understand people will not agree with me, but I have a very fluid thought on what is the truth and what basketball has tried to mask forever. It's not genuine and I do go back to the cheat smarter thing. Blind eye, bag man, as many degrees of separation you can have, but that's doesn't feel truthful to me. It's just a way to say someone should have been smarter in the dirty world of college basketball.
Sorry for the long post.

Will not happen and there is nothing you can do about that and Woodward isn’t going anywhere.

A whole lot of what you said makes sense to me.
That is why I have difficulty expressing exactly what I think.
This is basically spot on even though there is no moral framework in which it should be.
I have also been thinking more and more about Wade's firing. Looking at this as a manager, I begin to think that the bigger issue for Woody, and possibly Tate as well, is the document Wade signed basically saying that he had disclosed to them everything that may come out.
Without knowing the details of those conversations with the powers that be, I don't know if that is the case. Personally, if I had an employee that signed a document that proved to be false leaving out information that may prove damaging to the organization, I would fire them if I had the authority to do so.

You would never now it with the way he handled the Wade situation. He bent the knee like he had no clout at all.

While it would be nice for LSU to be better at basketball, it’s been the #3 sport here for awhile and football generates way more revenue. Easy choice especially with the women’s team final four locks for the next decade or so.

What if Wade doesn’t get a show cause and football ends up getting hit harder than basketball?
Does this narrative go away?
Can some of the Woodward boot lockers finally admit that he did this because he didn’t like Wade - and made a horrible decision that has hurt the second biggest revenue generating sport.
