Stroll didn't follow instructions to stop ON the track. He made the mistake of finding a safe place to stop, making the F1 narrative that a safety car was needed more suspect.

Didn't like the early pits from Haas but it seems like it didn't hurt too badly. Might be the first time since I've kept up with them that that's the case.
