Kristian was with WWL for 18 years.
That’s an amazing accomplishment for the radio/television industry.

I guess the top talent graduating from broadcast journalism schools are not moving to Louisiana.
You don’t have a saints pbp guy worth a shite. I don’t care for tommy tucker or scoot. Newell is good people but his lectures on the mayor doesn’t solve anything in New Orleans. I don’t care for Mike or Bobby . Kaare Johnson ? Are you serious ?
I only listen for lsu games or to get a score on the Saints games. A terrible waste of 50k Watts.

Good. He’s a pompous little fat frick. While I truly appreciate our military, that dude has to be fishing for appreciation like he’s one of the few marines to ever exist. I’m glad he’s gone.

Maybe but while I mostly agree with Newell’s local politics, he’s 75% RINO when it comes to state and federal politics. He helped JBE get elected and if not mistaken is a Scalise fan, not to mention he has TDS (I think that’s a requirement for employment at WWL). Newell also fills his 3 hrs with tons of guests and doesn’t take many calls.

I think Eric Asher and Kaare Johnson did time on WGSO after they got the boot elsewhere. IDK who paid who, but that's got to be a kick in the teeth to not only lose your job but then have to pay to go ply your trade.
