Guga is my favorite, but it must be nice to have a brother who is a meat dealer and you can get all these expensive cuts of meats to experiment with for free.

Shotgun red was a good dude who could cook. Another one that died recently was Daddy Jacks cooking with the blues that was good. Current favorite is Jean Pierre, thought they can be kinda long.

I love watching vincensos plate.

He shows how to incorrectly cook italian food, and then how to do it in a more traditional manner.

Has given me a few decent recipes to commit to memory.

Can’t beat Kenji Lopez-Alt’s YouTube channel. He’s also the writer of The Food Labs, a very well respected textbook-style cookbook. Highly recommended

Good chef, but his personality has become a cheesegrater against my soul. Years back he was relatively normal

Chef Jean-Pierre

I find myself watching him more lately. "Fwiends". All of his Rs are pronounced like Ws. He makes me laugh. Always has the big bowl of butter in the cooking area.

I'm going to try his prime rib roast. I don't have a prime, but it should be fine.
