That hew wasn't the biggest star in the movie...

I’m gratified that we have reached the point where everyone realizes that TMZ is the greatest celebrity news site in the world and no longer compares it to supermarket tabloids

What was Balboa so pissed about?
He was a WWII POW in Germany being forced to play a game of European “football”.
Escaping was his priority.

Not anymore

I'd say Beckham was better as well, but again, it's Jim Brown vs. Walter Peyton. Different eras.

No one has called Pele a saint, but to suggest Brazil will not grieve his loss to the level of Senna or beyond is deeply retarded.

He was the first true international sports star.
Watched a special on him on Netflix. Some of the things he could do on the pitch were downright amazing. His ability to control the ball in traffic was ridiculous. The only one who comes close is Mbappe today.

You're kidding, right? Beckham probably was not the best player on his team. He just was a great corner kicker. Now if you said , Messi is better or some in the recent past even for Brazil we could have a debate. But Beckham....no
