I’ve got ton of knives but by EDC is a Buck 112 Ranger Auto Elite and my go to skinner is a Buck 105 Pathfinder fixed blade. I’ve had the 105 for close to 30 years and it has cleaned 100+ white tails, about a dozen elk, 50+ turkeys and countless small game animals.
Bucks are a pain to sharpen but they hold an edge once sharp.

To follow up- ended up getting a CRKT CEO for the nicer EDC. Nice blade, happy with it.
