Lots of firms will be moving when their leases are up. Lots of cheaper options in BR right now.

Is downtown more congested than Bluebonnet or Perkins?

If not, it will be. The interstate project which is soon to start will make travelling to downtown a cluster F for several years.

Is “St. George” actually still a thing?

Yes. The people voted for it and won by a majority. It will happen once the Broome lawsuits finally get thrown out. Constitutionally they have NO BACKING whatsoever. Just activist judges delaying the inevitable.

Engineering firms do not generate one red cent in sales tax. This will not affect St. George in the least once they are incorporated.

But they are moving into the Chase Towers... those places are shite. Windows leak bad when it rains. Feels like you are in a dungeon.

I thought Wampold bought the towers and is renovating them?

It’s better to have thriving businesses in your city than out of your city. That can’t be argued.
