Planning a trip for January. Will likely be out there 4 or 5 days and plan on skiing for 2 days.

We don’t plan on getting a rental, just going to Uber around as needed. We’re looking for an Airbnb on Main Street to keep it somewhat walkable.

Would like to hear some recommendations wether it’s bars/restaurants, shopping or even slope stuff. TIA

Not on Main St but definitely go have a meal or drink at the bar at the St. Regis; there are tons of dining and drinking options on Main though; get out and explore…

I stayed at the Marriott on the mountain the last time I was there. Ski in/out and at the base of a few lifts. They have a free shuttle bus that will take you to downtown as well so no need to Uber

Do a lot of people just Uber from SLC Airport to Park City? Trying to figure out if I should grab a rental for that or not.

A can rental definitely isn't needed while in town. There's plenty of enough free transportation and two way lifts to connect Park City, Canyons village and even Deer Valley. There are plenty of AirBNBs so really just depends on the size of your group, your budget and how far way you want to be (now the rental comes more into play).

Last time we went we had a ski in/out at Deer Valley, a car rental and even drove to other slopes (Brighton and Solitude). This time around we have a short term rental at the Red Pine condos near the Canyons Village gondola and no rental.

There's plenty of ways to do Park City.

Park City Peaks snowmobiling was one of the most fun things I’ve ever done. It’s a few miles outside of Park City but I’ll do it again next time I go.

Edge Steakhouse in the Canyons was a really good meal.
